  • United States: 6–12 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Return Policy

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Be in original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Áyang Studio is not responsible for items lost during return transit.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

For approved cases, Áyang Studio will provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to the customer.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
